There are a number of things you can easily fit into your day that make a considerable difference to the health of the skin, some of the tips are to do with hydration of the skin, and others to do with skin renewal and moisturising.
- Enrich your usual moisturiser by piercing an evening primrose capsule and mixing in with your cream – this really works !
- Give your skin a boost by massaging two tablespoons of honey, then dipping you fingers into hot water and then massaging again. Rinse face in tepid water and then dry.
- Yoghurt and buttermilk contain naturally high levels of the AHA lactic acid which hstimulates the skin to renew itself. It makes an excellent base for a faced mask.
- Soothe puffy eyes and reduce the appearance of fine lines by putting rinsed chamomile tea bags in the fridge and then putting on you closed eyelids for 20 minutes
- Water is essential for a smooth skin. Drink 6-8 glasses every day and use a humidifier in your work room.
