I know its still a bit early, but I like to go out and choose my seeds to be ready for when the soil in the garden warms up a little. Still too early to buy a new set of herbs I buy as plants – I’ll go for those in a week or two. I plant my seeds out in trays in my large porch which has to double as a greenhouse, and later will plant out in containers. I don’t do a lot of vegetables, but I’ve found that  eating a few of your own grown vegetables or fruit is of the most therapeutic things. The seeds I’ve got and looking forward to planting are:

Radish (1pkt) – Mixture of French Breakfast, Pink Beauty, Scarlet Globe, Sparkler

Cucumber – Petita

Turnip – Golden Ball

Dwarf Broad Bean

Tomato – Fond Red Mini

Courgette – Tristar – lovely yellow and lime colours !

Little Gem Lettuce

Parsely

Coriander

And for companion planting to keep off the creepy crawlies

Nasturtium

French Marigold
